If we receive send us a request for information, or to make a tour reservation, personal data (for example name, email address, affiliated company/organization, etc as collected from the relevant form fields and/or directly through email correspondence) will be stored by us for appropriate uses. Anyone at any time can choose to request their personal data to be removed from our records at any point.
We may also gather information on website visitors for the purpose of analytics and offering relevant information to visitors.
What Personal Data Do We Collect?
Personal data collected via web forms or through email correspondnece may include some or all of the following:

- Email Address
- Company Name
- Other personally submitted information (such as services requested)
- Note that when we require credit card information for tour payment purposes we only work via approved credit card payment processing companies, and we never see and customer credit card information.
Who Do We Share Your Data With?
Information about final customers who take a tour handled by us, we use that information to communicate with our agents or final customers with regards to the tour being taken, for possible post-tour follow up, and for the sending of relevant product information we think could be of interest. We may send e-mail marketing regarding our travel products or related information to those who travelled with us or sent us previous tour-related requests.
Customers and prospective customers may request their personal data to be removed from our register at any point.
In case of a confirmed booking The Travel Experience will process any such related received personal data in a responsible way and share the information with third parties only when strictly essential for tour operation (eg, hotels and other travel suppliers or with relevant authorities when legally necessary). We never share details of those making requests to us for information or newsletter sign-up with third parties, ever. Newsletter registry data is stored and maintained using software intended for this use. All our staff sign into such systems using personal usernames and passwords.
How Long Do We Retain Your Data?
We only keep personal information for the purpose it was originally collected, or for future relevant marketing purposes. Any sensitive information is destroyed after any tour is completed. Non-sensitive information can be stored for up to 5 years.
What Rights Do You Have Over Your Data?
Any registered persons retain the right to demand corrections to erroneous data stored in the newsletter register.
Any registered person can choose to request their personal data to be removed from the register at any point.
