Please book flights to Helsinki on your own. Please be sure that your travel arrangements to Finland will get you to Helsinki in time to attend the official visit program which starts on Sunday May 11 for a Welcome Dinner at 6pm.

Day 2 of the WoodBuild Finland 2025 Conference, which will include Site Visits - either in Helsinki or the Old Town of Porvoo, located 50km east from Helsinki. Check further details on the WoodBuild web site here.
Departure home (or extend your stay in Helsinki with some extra nights - depending on your flight timings, we have rooms at the tour hotel Scandic Hotel Park in Helsinki city center, or Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport (next to the airport terminal).

Visits in Joensuu continue including district bio-heating and biochar factory visits. On the way back to Helsinki visit to Veisto/HewSaw.
Program ends in Helsinki Airport/Helsinki city center at around 7pm, after which will continue to Helsinki city center.
Departure home - or if you wish to book additional nights after the tour ends on May 16th early evening, kindly choose either the group hotel Scandic Park in Helsinki city center OR Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport (next to the airport terminal)

Registration for this tour is now open from the link below.

Availability is limited and is on a first-come first-served basis.

Please book your Extra Nights (before and/or after the Main package) at the time of registration. Helsinki hotels will be quite full so additional nights may be difficult to arrange later. Any changes or cancellations will be subject to cancellation fees.

The Trade & Study Mission will be organized and the pricing is valid provided a minimum number of 20 participants per bus register to join (40 participants in total). Should the minimum participant numbers (20) not be reached the organizers reserve the right to cancel the tour or change the price or content, which will be informed to the participants as soon as possible. In case the tour is cancelled by the organizers all payments made will be refunded.

Participants will receive a Confirmation by email from the organizers after a successful registration.

This tour is arranged by TTE-The Travel Experience Oy, which is registered at the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (FCCA).
In the unlikely case of tour operator insolvency any deposits you make are protected by the bank guarantee provided by law by the tour operator to the FCCA. You can check that the tour operator has from Finland's official Travel Guarantee Register which includes all Finnish traders who have deposited a security with the Finnish Competition and Cosumer Authority in accordance with the package travel act.

The study tour content and visits are arranged by Business Finland and The Travel Experience is not responsible for any changes in the program.
A detailed Final Program will be sent to all participants prior to the tour start.

100% cancellation fee if participation or extra night(s) is cancelled after February 10th.
