DAY 1
PM: Arrival to Helsinki
Overnight: Helsinki
DAY 2
AM: Morning private city tour of Helsinki including a stop in Sibelius Park to view the Sibelius Monument, and ending with the Sibelius Finland Experience, a 45 minute live performance of selected Sibelius works with accompanying video.
PM: After lunch, head out of time to the peaceful country retreat of Ainola, the former home of Sibelius where he lived for over 50 years, and now impeccably preserved as a musuem.
Overnight: Helsinki
DAY 3:
AM: 1 hour north form Helsinki is Hämeenlinna, the charming market town of Siblius' birth. Visit the rooms where Sibelius grew up as a child, and view the landscapes which Sibelius said were the inspiration behind his famous Finlandia work.
PM: Farewell Dinner & Concert. Enjoy a Sibelius-inspired traditional menu, accompanied by live performers from the Sibelius Institute.
Overnight: Manor house, Hämeenlinna
DAY 4:
AM: Departure for flights home.
