The Travel Experience is a key player in Finland's Conferences & Meetings and Events segment. We are company members of Congress Network Finland, and personal members of MPI and Site.

Finland is a busy conference destination, with - under normal times - several large international congresses held in Helsinki annually. We take care of all Conference and Meeting-related elements, from full PCO services, to accommodation, transfers, and a full range of excursions, evening dinner programmes, and pre- and post-tours, plus all kinds of Events from ship and car launches to music concerts.

As the corona virus changed the face of the meetings industry in 2020, using excellent Nordic technology, we adapted to provide complete conference solutions virtually.

A wide variety of companies, hold corporate meetings and events in Finland. For our corporate customers we handle arrangements from small company meetings to large congress groups. Our client portfolio includes some of the world's household international brand names.
